Crewing Automations

About Crewing Automations

Crewing Automations is an AI recruitment operator that turns the CVs and vacancies in your inbox into CRM records, matched candidates and complete document sets, for maritime crewing agencies.

You can use the working product now: create an account — it takes a minute.

What Crewing Automations does

CV intake into your CRM

Every CV that reaches your inbox — including WhatsApp CVs forwarded to it — becomes a candidate record in your existing CRM, with the original file attached. People already in your database are matched, so nobody is filed twice and the database stays current without anyone typing.

Candidate matching for every vacancy

For each vacancy it searches your own database the way a crewing desk does: crew who sailed that vessel, then the owner's fleet, then your former contract holders, then everyone else. Candidates are checked on rank, vessel type, nationality, age, wages and whether they are already on board before anyone is contacted.

Availability and document follow-up

It writes to the matched candidates, reads their replies in English, Russian or Ukrainian, asks for missing documents and follows up once when someone goes quiet. Your operators get a shortlist of people who are available and documented.

Vacancy posting

Optional: from a principal's vacancy email it completes the vessel data, writes the ad and, after an operator approves it, posts it to your Telegram channels and groups, crewell.net and ukrcrewing.com.ua and creates the CRM record — about two minutes from email to everywhere.

What makes Crewing Automations different

It works inside the CRM you already have

Martide, COMPAS by OneOcean and MariApps IntelliCrew are crew-management systems you move your records into. Crewing Automations writes into the CRM you run today and keeps your CV parser, so there is no migration project.

It searches your own database, not only new applicants

Job boards and crew software show you who applies. Crewing Automations goes through the seafarers already in your CRM for every vacancy, in the order your best operator would.

It does the correspondence

Record-keeping tools store candidates; they do not write to them. Crewing Automations sends the availability email, reads the reply and chases the missing CoC or passport, so a shortlist arrives with documents.

It never competes with you for crew

Seafair and Martide also run their own manning agencies. Crewing Automations places no one, so your candidates and your principals stay yours.

Two minutes, with a person approving

A vacancy email becomes an ad, a CRM record and group posts in about two minutes, around the clock. Nothing reaches your crew or your clients until one of your operators approves it.

Who uses Crewing Automations

The team behind Crewing Automations

Gregory Boch, founder, based in Barcelona. He has founded two startups and builds with AI; before Crewing Automations he worked with SNCF, PepsiCo, Amplitude and Bima. LinkedIn · Telegram

Crewing Automations started in 2026 on a live crewing desk: the first version handled a real agency's vacancy inbox from day one, and the search order, the qualification checks and the document chase were learned from how its operators work. The company is founder-led — the person who builds the product is the person you talk to. More on the team page.

Frequently asked questions

What is Crewing Automations?

Crewing Automations is an AI operator for maritime crewing agencies. It turns the CVs and vacancies that arrive by email into CRM records, matched candidates and complete document sets, and leaves the hiring decisions with the agency's team.

Do we have to replace our CRM?

No. Crewing Automations writes into the CRM you already use — CrewVector, Bullhorn or your own system — and keeps your CV parser. Your records stay where they are.

Is our data shared with other agencies?

Never. Each agency's candidates, vacancies and emails are processed only for that agency. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

How long does it take to start?

Creating an account takes a minute. Connecting your CRM depends on the access your vendor provides; we do the connecting and tell you when intake is live.

How much does it cost?

A monthly subscription priced below the cost of one operator. Every pilot is paid and refunded in full if it isn't doing the job in the first 30 days.
