• What you send us — your name, email and message when you contact us or book a demo.
• Customer data — when an agency uses our service, we process its data on its behalf and under its instructions.

To run the website, reply to you, arrange demos, and provide our service. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to operate — hosting, email, messaging and AI processing — under confidentiality and data-protection terms. Some may process data outside the EU.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing gregory@crewingautomations.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
