About these terms
These terms cover your use of crewingautomations.com and creating an account. Crewing Automations is operated by its founder, Gregory Boch, in Barcelona, Spain. Agencies that use the service in production do so under a separate written agreement.
Your account
Give accurate details and keep access to your email secure — it is how you sign in. Until your workspace is switched on, it runs on sample data and nothing is sent to your crew or your clients. We may decline or close an account that is misused.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or scrape it.
Content
The website, its content and the product are ours. New workspaces use sample data only.
Paid service
The service is a monthly subscription agreed in writing. Every pilot is paid and refunded in full if it isn't doing the job in the first 30 days.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
